Before I started my property investing I worked full-time in finance, and while I enjoyed my job, I did wonder regularly about my job security, my retirement, and being able to live the way I wanted in the future. Fortunately, I began investing in property, and with the right guidance my partner and I were able to leave our jobs and start investing full time after only three years (yay!).
If I hadn't worked through my regular fears of debt, my self-doubt and worry that maybe some of my friends were right and it "might not work out", I definitely wouldn't be where I am today.
Today, I'm a successful property investor, author, speaker and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. My portfolio contained up to 80 investment properties in 3 countries, 75 of which I purchased in just 64 months. Real estate has been a lot of fun as well as financially rewarding.
For the past 9 years I have been doing something else I love: teaching and mentoring newbie investors and more seasoned investors who get 'stuck' like you to take the next step with their portfolios and help them achieve financial freedom of their own.

How Our Investor Coaching Works
Coaching is available nationally via phone, email or skype for a minimum 3 monthly period. Some face-to-face opportunities may be available when I travel to other capital cities throughout the year (usually for Property Women events). If you're based in Adelaide, even better!
As your property partner, mentor and coach, I'm more than happy to be involved in discussions with other members of your property team, such as Finance Brokers, Accountants or Solicitors to ensure your best interests are represented when making crucial decisions.
